MDI Ice Cream is a small batch, handmade ice cream company that takes pride in our shops, our ice cream, and being a great place to work.

We have positions available in Bar Harbor, Portland Washington, D.C., Azumino and Matsumoto in the areas of management, counter staff and production.

We are a low-drama, high energy environment. We share a common interest in looking out for each other and the people who come through our doors.  We have our own trickle-down theory that if we create a good, fun atmosphere for working, the customers will also be treated well!
